ODG City Council
E 'convened the meeting of the City Council, in extraordinary session to be held on the day of Monday, 20.12.2010 at 19 , 30 on the first call at the council chamber for the treatment of the following agenda:
1. Approval of previous meeting minutes 11/30/2010 (No. 5).
2. Consideration and discussion of a motion filed on 30.11.2010 and on 14.12.2010 by Municipal Councillors Bastianon, the route and Toso concerning the opening of a door off of the registry offices and services to citizens in the village of Belvedere.
3. Consideration and discussion motion made by the Group Council Chamber on 14.12.2010 Northern League - Liga Veneta / Force Tezze waste from Campania.
4. Natural gas distribution service in the Municipality of Tezze sul Brenta. Guidelines for the management during the period January 2011 - June 2011 - December 2011.
5. Article 3, paragraphs 27-33, the 2008 Budget Law. Identification of the company by the Municipality of Tezze sul Brenta.
6. Execution Order of 07/07/2010, issued by the Court of Bassano del GI Grappa. Granting provisional execution of the order n. 698 11 .10.2006.
7. Article 79 bis No LR 61/1985. Preventive and protective measures must be prepared in the buildings for access, transit and execution of maintenance work at height, in a safe condition. Integration of the current Building Regulations.
8. Lack of acknowledgment and approval variant No comments 2 to PP Production D1/24 Barracks in place, approved by resolution of the Civil Law 11 of 02.03.2009. Soc Paola companies and others.
9. Amendment to Article. 4 of the Rules of advertising installations approved by resolution of Civil Law 74, 14.11.1998, integrated with the resolution of Civil Law 23 of 22.05.2008.
10. Approval of the general criteria for the definition of the new regulation on the structure of offices and services in light of the principles set forth by Legislative Decree 150/2009.
