As per survey here is the list of all spells of various classes. Some remarks are in order. First of all, many spells are repeated in various manuals. In this case, avoid problems of layout, I have shown mostly the last book in which they have been published since, usually, if there have been some modifications, this is the latest version. If spells are repeated twice or more in the same class is probably due to their reason just described. Please report it in the case in order to remove duplication. I then added to the file.
